Who Can Apply:
- After high school graduation there are many different routes a student can choose from. Some choose to go the non-traditional route and pursue an education that focuses on a specific trade. Although the students’ curriculum may be shorter, similar to obtaining a Bachelor’s degree, a trade school is a postsecondary educational program that is tailored to help students master their trade of choice.
- While trade schools offers tremendous opportunities, with the resulting education providing great value to society, it can be financially straining on individuals. Past data shows that the yearly cost can be as high as $15,000 or more in todays economy.
- This scholarship aims to support students who have an interest in pursuing a career in any of the trades including but not limited to welding, culinary, cosmetology, etc.
