Who Can Apply:
- Charles Pulling Sr. was a beloved father from a humble background. The middle of eleven children, circumstances forced Charles to enter the workforce as a young man rather than finish high school.
- After marrying and having four children, Charles made the decision to return to school for the betterment of his family. He wanted to provide the best life possible for his family and with the limited job opportunities available to him, he knew completing his high school diploma was the way to do that.
- This scholarship seeks to honor the memory of Charles Pulling Sr. by supporting those who want to provide a better life or experience for their families and feel furthering their education is the best way to do so.
- Any high school/GED student or undergraduate who is a non-traditional student (over the age 25), may apply for this scholarship.
