Who Can Apply: This scholarship was established in 1985 in memory of Chuck Massey, a North Hall High School student who exceled in academics. This scholarship is awarded annually to the student in the current graduating class at North Hall High School who has the highest GPA at the beginning of their final Spring Semester. The 2024 scholarship is a one-time award in the amount of $700.00. The scholarship recipient will also receive an engraved plaque from Judith Massey-Williamson.
