Who Can Apply:
- Reside (have a permanent address) in Idaho
- Be a member of a federally recognized tribe
- Be a high school senior or graduate, current college undergraduate or graduate level student
- Plan to enroll in part-time or full-time undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school in Idaho for the entire upcoming academic year
- **part-time is defined as a minimum of 6 credit hours per term or equivalent
- **Certification programs must be through an accredited institution and must be a minimum of one term in length. Recipients must be enrolled at the time awards are disbursed in August.
- All coursework must be completed through an accredited institution and lead to a certification.
- Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent)
- Plan to pursue a degree of certification to become a Nurse: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
OR
Plan to pursue a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), or Master’s degree in License Professional Counselor (LPC)

NOTE: If you are providing SAT or ACT test scores, and those scores are not listed on your high school transcript, you will need to upload a copy of your test score report(s) separately. If you are uploading a college transcript, those scores are not required.
- Complete FAFSA Submission Summary from your most recent FAFSA filing. Report must include the applicant’s first and last name, academic year, and the Student Aid Index (SAI) amount.
