Who Can Apply: The Juanita McNeil Scholarship was created to honor the resilience of the West End Community and its residents. The scholarship is also a tribute to Ms. McNeil, who championed a movement in the West End Community that resulted in community revitalization efforts, greater community engagement, and programs that served hundreds of students and their families.

- Residency Requirements: Residents of the West End Community in Durham, NC, as defined by zip codes 27701 and 27707 and/or students who demonstrate a commitment to the West End community.
