Who Can Apply: This annual scholarship was created to honor the spirit of Julia Millon, a Winters resident who was dedicated and passionate about all of the activities that encompassed her existence, especially life outdoors, ultra trail running, reading, writing, science, health and well being. Julia graduated from Winters High School in 2008 and UC Berkeley in 2012. Julia’s family hopes that scholarship recipients will share Julia’s dedication, resolve and selflessness.
- High School senior living within the boundaries of the Winters School District
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Planning to attend a Four-Year College/University, Community College, Vocational, Trade or Technical school in the fall
- Demonstrate financial need
- Must be enrolled full time at the College/University, Community College, Vocational, Trade or Technical school during the academic year the scholarship is awarded
