Who Can Apply:
- Students often aren’t on equal footing when it comes to applying for and attending college.
- First-generation, low-income students are often at a particular disadvantage when compared to their peers. In addition to the financial obstacle presented by the high cost of tuition for low-income students, first-generation learners are often forced to face higher education with limited outside help.
- This scholarship seeks to support underserved students who need financial assistance in order to pursue higher education.
- Any first-generation, low-income high school or undergraduate student with at least a 3.2 GPA and participation in extracurricular activities may apply for this scholarship.
