- Liam wasn’t just a teacher, he was an impactful force in his students’ lives. Liam had a gift for making students feel seen and heard. He encouraged them when they were nervous, believed in them when they doubted themselves, and celebrated every success—big or small. Liam’s kindness, patience, and ability to connect left an impression on everyone lucky enough to know him.
- This scholarship aims to honor the life of Liam O’Connor by supporting students who share his passions.
- Any high school senior in Howard County, Maryland, who has a passion for music and arts may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they have non-profit or volunteering experience and if they have work or internship experience in music or arts. However, applicants from Soundcheck Rock Academy are preferred.
