Who Can Apply:
- Terry “Frosty” Dalton spent his years coaching and encouraging young athletes. A lover of football, he believed in and encouraged his student athletes to do great things on and off the field.
- Terry passed away at the young age of 53, but his impact will not be forgotten. The Frosty Dalton Memorial Scholarship will support undergraduate student athletes in honor of Terry’s legacy.
- Undergraduate student athletes in North Carolina with volunteer experience are eligible to apply.
- Students from Rockingham County are strongly preferred.
