Who Can Apply: Applicant must be a resident of Washington County or Greene County who is a first-year student at Washington & Jefferson College. Applicant must have a declared major of either music or economics.
Submission: To be considered for this award, the applicant must submit an online application that includes:

- A response of no more than 500 words to the following essay topic: How will my plans for post-secondary education help me to achieve success in my future career?
- A PDF of the applicant’s FAFSA Student Aid Report.
