Who Can Apply: Recipient must be an incoming freshman from any public high school or community college in Florida who carries a minimum GPA of 3.0 with an educational pursuit in math or engineering. Applicants are asked to write about their strongest character trait in a short essay, and why this is important especially in current society, or tell about a time when that character trait guided them to do the right thing when no one was watching.
Submission: Submit a short essay based on one of the following prompts:
