- Any high school senior at a high school in Rockland County in New York who has volunteered to support their community and have financial need may apply for this scholarship opportunity. Applicants who have volunteered in the fields of first response (e.g., fire or ambulance corp.), child health & welfare, or youth sports are preferred.
