Who Can Apply: Deserving Hispanic entering freshmen in the College of Education at The University of Texas at Austin. The scholarship will fund a scholarship for four years of undergraduate study as long as the recipient remains enrolled as a full time UT student in the College of Education and makes satisfactory progress toward his or her degree.
