Who Can Apply:
- Women often face significant barriers in the music industry, especially women belonging to minority groups.
- Music can impart a wide variety of skills and lessons, such as patience, collaboration, and creativity. Women who participate in the musical arts, regardless of their field of study or career goals, are setting themselves up for success later in life.
- This scholarship seeks to support women who are passionate about music as they pursue higher education.
- Any female high school or undergraduate student who has at least a 3.0 GPA and has contributed to the musical arts (band, chorus, orchestra, etc.) may apply for this scholarship. Applicants must be of Middle Eastern or Asian descent, but Pakistani students are preferred.
