Who Can Apply:
- To apply, you must be a current graduating senior of Elgin Public High School, Elgin, Nebraska planning to attend a qualified college or technical school seeking a degree in the field of agriculture.
- Post-secondary education must begin the academic year immediately following high school graduation.
- The applicant must possess the ability to do post-secondary work in a satisfactory manner.
- This scholarship will not be awarded to any student who receives a scholarship which sufficiently finances all tuition, fees, and books during the student’s initial year of college study.
Submission: Explain 1) Why you are interested in pursuing an education in agriculture, 2) How this education has a direct relationship to your permanent career objectives, and 3) Why you are deserving of this award.
