- Unfortunately, the financial and time commitment can deter parents of even the highest intelligence, work ethic, and potential from pursuing a higher education.
- This scholarship aims to take some burden off of dedicated parents who are finding time in their busy schedules to pursue their education.
- Any undergraduate student who is a resident of Western Pennsylvania may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they are a parent.
