We are obsessively passionate about creating mind-melting culinary mashups that test the bounds of flavor fusion. Mad Genius’s disruptive mashups combine all-time favorite foods into convenient, craveable, and highly snackable comfort foods like Cheeseburger Quesadillas, Chicken Parm Empanadas, and Bacon Mac & Cheese Snack Rolls. We are dedicated to building a community that celebrates creativity and youth innovation, especially in America’s youth.
