- Create a video explaining how a traumatic car accident has influenced your life and led you to develop your future plans in the work field
- Submit the link to your video through the form linked on this page

Submission: Students who wish to apply for our scholarship must submit a video following this prompt:
“Describe how a traumatic car accident experience has influenced your life and determined your future prospects in the work field.” For your video to be eligible it must:
- Be created in PSA format as you share your story and the lessons you learned
- Be 1 to 2 minutes in length
- Be posted to your YouTube account (unlisted)
