Who Can Apply: High school seniors, as well as current, full-time students at accredited two-year or four-year American universities or colleges, are welcome to apply. There is no age or specified major requirement.
Submission: FALL APPLICANTS will create a one-minute video sharing their insights about why their community needs to be mindful of water consumption.
