Who Can Apply: Andrew was the driving force behind the creation of the La Raza Lawyers Scholarship Fund. It was his vision and goal to establish a self-sustaining endowed scholarship for Latino law students. His work continues and this scholarship honors his work and contribution to La Raza Lawyers Association and the legal community in general. Andrew attended Santa Clara University School of Law and was a well respected civil law practitioner in San Jose.
