Les Dames d’Escoffier is a philanthropic society of women leaders working in food, fine beverage and hospitality fields. The society is comprised of 27 chapters in the U.S. and Canada. Many LDEI chapters award educational scholarships to women studying in the aforementioned fields. Les Dames d’Escoffier says it has collectively raised and awarded more than $4,000,000 in culinary scholarships to date. The EFC, or Expected Family Contribution, is the cornerstone of the financial aid awarding process. For federal aid eligibility, your EFC will be determined from your FAFSA application.
