Description: The United Church of Christ established scholarships to support members entering the seminary. These scholarships are funded by congregations across the country, and individual donations. Applicants should have been active in their congregation for at least a year before applying for the scholarship, and should be willing to work in a UCC congregation after graduation.

Jewish Vocational Service
Scholarship Name: Jewish Vocational Service Scholarship Fund
Description: The Jewish Vocational Service give Jewish students who are active members of their communities the opportunity to obtain a number of scholarships. These are not national scholarships, and are given by local chapters of the JVS, with the support of private donors.
