Description: The Hebrew Immigrant Aid Scholarship provides college scholarship for HIA-assisted refugees and asylum-seekers now living in the United States. Your current semester of enrollment does not count. Applicants must be planning to pursue a four-year or two-year college degree. Recipients will be selected on the basis of their academic excellence, financial need, and involvement in Jewish communal life.

Description: Majoring in Italian? Check. Italian descent? Check. Catholic? Check. If you’ve got three checks, then you may be able to qualify for another check – in the amount of $600 (if you’re a junior) or $1,000 (if you’re a senior). The winners will be chosen on the basis of scholastic achievement, financial need, leadership experience and faculty recommendations.
