Description: The American Association on Indian Affairs is one of several national organizations that gives scholarships to students who are members of on the Native American tribes in the United States. But what if you are a member of a tribe that is not recognized, and can’t qualify for any federal scholarships? Then the Allogan Slagle Memorial Scholarship is for you. Unlike other Tribal College scholarship programs, the Allogan Slagle Memorial Scholarship does not require that you submit at Certificate of Indian Blood to qualify.
