Description: The Congressional Black Caucus Spouses Performing Arts Scholarship program was established in 2000 to provide financial assistance to students pursuing a career in the performing arts. Qualified applicants must be pursuing a degree full-time at an accredited college or university, with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and a commitment to leadership. Applicants must submit an online application, personal statement, college transcripts, and two letters of recommendation. You must also include a two-minute CD-R or DVD of a recent performance.
