National Sculpture Society
Scholarships Name: National Sculpture Society Scholarships
Description: It isn’t very often that you find a scholarship that is specific to an art like sculpture, which sees relatively few full time students enrolled in programs. To make up for the need for visual arts scholarships in sculpture, the National Sculpture Society awards select students of figurative or representational sculpture with $2,000 to help pay for college. They are really looking for artists who are inspired by nature in their work, and those who have a body of work behind them – it is highly recommended that you include 8-10 images of your work along with your application. The National Sculpture Society also holds annual sculpture competitions at various art schools across the country.
