Scholarship Name: Regional Council Student Leader Scholarships
Description: The National Association of Campus Activities gives out a large number of college scholarships per year, both nationally and by region. The Regional Council Student Leader Scholarships are for students who hold significant leadership positions on their college campuses. Eligible students for the scholarship must play and active role in planning campus activities and/or leading student groups to have a major presence on campus.

Erin Peterson Fund
Scholarship Name: Erin Peterson Leadership Award and the Erin Peterson Commit to Excel Award
Description: The Erin Peterson Fund offers two scholarships per year to students in the Virginia area who exhibit strong leadership, compassion and who commit random acts of kindness in the world around them. Since 2007, the fund has grown considerably, and continues to add new scholarship opportunities for students pursuing higher education. The scholarship fund is named in memory of Erin Peterson, who was a victim of the 2007 shootings on the Virginia Tech campus. Erin was an International Studies major, committed to helping those less fortunate.
