Scholarship Name: Ernest F. Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship Program
Description: Exceptional students in the fields of oceanic and atmospheric science can apply for the Ernest F. Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship Program in their sophomore. The Office of Education at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association is seeking students with a 3.0 or better overall and major GPA. The purpose of the program is to increase awareness of the oceanic and atmospheric sciences, as well as NOAA itself. Scholarships recipients also take part in a summer internship program at NOAA.

Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation
Scholarship Name: Wildlife Leadership Awards
Description: Students dedicated not only to the study of wildlife, but to the conservation of natural habitats are eligible to apply for the Wildlife Leadership Awards, which are sponsored by the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Students must be in their junior or senior years, who have clearly demonstrated leadership in the area of wildlife conservation. In addition to the $2,000 award, scholarship recipients receive a year-long membership to the Elk Foundation.
