Scholarship Name: Frank J. Richter Scholarship Program
Description: The American Association of Railroad Superintendents (AARS) provides annual scholarships for North American students enrolled as full-time undergraduate or graduate students in an accredited college or university. Preference is given to those applicants enrolled in the transportation field, although all applicants will be considered.

Award is Open to: All applicants must at least be sophomores with a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
