Description: The Northern Indiana Community Foundation provides a vast array of scholarships to Starke, Miami and Fulton County residents, for all kinds of majors and activities. The Psi Iota Chi scholarship is designed for students who have an interest in the creative fields, which includes writing, music and art. To be eligible for the award, students demonstrate financial need. One of the great things about the Northern Indiana Community Foundation is that scholarships are not just for the students at the top of the class; even if you have average grades, this scholarship (and others) are within your reach.

Scholarship Name: Authors of Tomorrow Scholarship
Description: Have you ever thought that you could get a scholarship for reading books and taking quizzes? The Common Knowledge Student Foundation “rewards students for reading books” which means that students who read and pay attention to detail can earn up to $250 per quiz, depending on how their peers are doing. If you earn a certain number of points, you advance to the championship round and then you can win the scholarship! Both high school and undergraduate students are eligible to apply.
