Scholarship Name: Delaware Nursing Incentive Program
Description: While this is technically a loan program, the Delaware Nursing Incentive Program is a great opportunity for nursing students in Delaware to pay for all of their school expenses at once. The program funds Delaware residents (and state employees) attending or planning to attend an RN or LPN nursing program. There are also funds for part-time students. If you are willing to work for the Delaware government after you get your certification, you can apply for loan forgiveness in exchange for a certain number of years of employment. If you’re already an RN and want to get your Bachelor’s degree, you also qualify for this incentive program.

American Assembly for Men in Nursing
Scholarship Name: AAMN/Johnson & Johnson Scholarship
Description: While we’re used to seeing scholarship programs that encourage women into male-dominated professions (like engineering and mathematics), scholarships for men female-dominated professions are less common. However, the Assembly for Men in Nursing is offering one such scholarship in partnership with Johnson & Johnson. Men in pre-RN courses who have good academic records can apply for $1,000 scholarships from the assembly to use towards their tuition.
