Scholarship Name: Pfizer Animal Health Veterinary Student Scholarship
Description: Students members of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) have the chance to apply for veterinary scholarships that can help to ease the financial burden of veterinary school. Pfizer Animal Health has teamed up with the AVMA to assist current veterinary students who are struggling with student debt. In total, they will award close to $600,000 in scholarships to veterinary students who have displayed leadership and commitment to their field and studies. Students must be currently attending an accredited veterinary school in their 2nd or 3rd year to qualify.

Golden Key Honor Society
Scholarship Name: Dr. Daniell Biomedical Science Award
Description: The Golden Key’s Biomedical Science Award aims to recognize members who are leading to careers in human or veterinary medicine, dentistry, biomedical research or other related professions. Eligible candidates must be undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students currently enrolled or planning to enroll the following year in a degree-granting program. The application committee is seeking candidates with excellent academic achievement, demonstrated leadership qualities, and scholarly basic or applied research. You must submit a written statement of no more than five pages, on your personal and professional goals over the next decade, along with the persons and events that have influenced your decision. A personal resume, letter of recommendation, and current copy of your transcript are also required.
